The Leatherhead Institute

We are just five minutes away from Junction 9 of the M25, being situated in nearby proximity to Ashtead, Epsom, Fetcham, Bookham, Cobham and surrounding areas. Leatherhead train station is a short walk away. Free car parking spaces are available at the back of the Institute. There is also a spacious car park at the Swan Shopping Centre (Sainsbury's turn from Leret Way).
The distinctive red brick Victorian building is situated directly opposite the 'T' junction traffic lights between Leret Way and the Crescent.
Fetcham Reading Room
Fetcham Reading Room is located near Leatherhead, which can be reached by train from London, Guildford and Dorking.
We are based in Fetcham centre within a 25 min walk from Leatherhead train station. Taxis are available at the station.
The 479 departs from Leatherhead centre (Lloyds Bank stop) centre towards Fetcham once an hour until 6pm.
As you drive through Fetcham towards Cobham, Fetcham Reading Room is located on the left hand side of the main road just after the railway bridge. There is no dedicated parking, but students may park in River Lane directly opposite (some places have parking restrictions), or in the free parking spaces by the local shops, a two minute walk away.
Please be aware that there is also a River Lane in Leatherhead, so if you are using SatNav please be sure you are on the right side of the river in Fetcham!
Historical central Brighton studios has been running art classes since 1944. Well equipped with plenty of natural light the studio is ideally suitable for your creative practice.
Bond Street Cottages are located opposite Costa Coffee off the main road inside the small yard.
The nearest car park to the studio is NCP Car Park Brighton Theatre, accessed by Church Street. Alternatively parking is available at the Churchill Square Shopping Centre. Also parking spaces are available in Madeira Drive (currently £4.20 for 4 hours), where there is a pleasant walk to the studio along the sea front.
