We are just five minutes away from Junction 9 of the M25, being situated in nearby proximity to Ashtead, Epsom, Fetcham, Bookham, Cobham and surrounding areas. Leatherhead train station is a short walk away. Free car parking spaces are available at the back of the Institute. There is also a spacious car park at the Swan Shopping Centre (Sainsbury's turn from Leret Way).

 

The distinctive red brick Victorian building is situated directly opposite the 'T' junction traffic lights between Leret Way and the Crescent.
